・当商品は京都産では珍しい芋原料の焼酎（ジャパニーズ スピリッツ）です。３年以上熟成した原酒を中心にブレンドし、原酒に近い30度で瓶詰しました。とろりとしたなめらかな口あたりと、甘やかで奥行きのある馥郁とした香りは上質なブランデーを思わせます。口に広がる芳醇にして長く続く味わいは、まさに極上の逸品です。東京ウイスキー&スピリッツコンペティション(TWSC2024)で最高金賞を受賞しました。
・Japanese Spirits is a rare shochu (Japanese spirit) made from sweetpotato produced in Kyoto, blended mainly with shochu that has been aged for more than three years and bottled at 30 degrees Celsius, close to that of the original. The smooth, thick texture and the sweet, deep and fragrant aroma are reminiscent of fine brandy. The mellow and long-lasting flavor that spreads across the palate is truly a superb product. It was awarded the highest gold medal at the Tokyo Whiskey & Spirits Competition (TWSC2024).
