The shochu made from Purple Sweet Road, the king of purple sweet potatoes, is characterized by its gorgeous and elegant aroma and soft sweetness. It is designed to enhance the taste of delicate Kyoto cuisine, so it is a perfect match for soup stock and vegetable dishes. It won a silver medal at the Tokyo Whiskey & Spirits Competition (TWSC2024).
