The brand name "Sanzen" series as Kurashiki city regional Sake are brewed by KIKUCHI SAKE BREWERY Co.,Ltd. which was founded in1878. "Sanzen" means "Brilliant" in Japanese. Our 5th owner To Kikuchi had think that he wants to brew the ideal Sake by himself, so he took office of the "Touji" who is the person in charge of the Sake brewing(brewmaster). We use the appropriate rice for Sake, the water of local river, and the traditional skills of Sake Brewing. As a result, our Sake have been won high quality evaluations by several international Sake competitions such as Kura Master (France) and SAKE selection. We are now exporting for about 13 countries and area, and also keep negotiationing for new countries.

明治11年創業。岡山の誇る雄町米や、酒米の王様・山田錦などの酒造りに適した米を用い、蔵元自らが杜氏を務め、きめ細やかな品質本位の酒造りを行っています。
その結果、Kuramaster2024プラチナ賞やSAKE selectionトロフィー受賞など、安定した高い品質が認められています。近年では品質をより高める設備投資も積極的に行い、複数国や地域に輸出実績を重ね、新たな国へも渉外を進めています。
