‘Kiseki No Sake’ is brewed using the Okayama Pref. rice pursuant to the No pesticide / No fertilizer / herbicide-free Kimura Natural Cultivation Method under supervision by Mr.Kimura.
The main ingredient, “Omachi rice,” is naturally grown without fertilizers or pesticides. The rice is polished to 55% and brewed into a Junmai Ginjo sake with a rich aroma. It has a reputation for being easy to drink, even for women.

「奇跡のりんご」で知られる木村秋則氏の提唱する肥料・農薬に頼らない自然栽培で収穫した米で醸した、自然の恵みのお酒です。 　特に本酒は、岡山の誇る酒米「雄町米」の自然栽培米を栽培委託し、55%まで磨いたこのお米を利用し醸した、芳醇な香りと、雄町のふくよかな旨みがのった純米吟醸酒です。
