年に一度だけ、厳寒の富山の冬に仕込み、加温等せず天然で2年間じっくり熟成させた、深い味わいと香りが特徴のお味噌です。特別栽培米の富山県産てんこもり米、北海道産大豆を100%使用。十五割糀（米こうじ15：大豆10）で贅沢な甘口に仕込みました。無添加・非加熱製法のため、酵母が生きて発酵を続けている生みそです。

This miso has started to ferment in the coldest winter. Koji and yeasts make miso taste richer and mild slowly. Fermented and aged in the nature without temperature control over 2years. It means this miso has the memory of growing in Toyama. Ingredients are all from Toyama. Rice brand is "Tenkomori",late maturing variety. Soybean brand is "Enrei" having sweet and rich taste.
