We, “Sakae Soy Sauce” are a soy sauce brewery which was founded in 1795 during the Edo period. Our town was flourished as a castle town, and our soy sauce production has been handed down for more than 200 years through the generations.
Currently, 8th generation owner upholds traditional soy sauce production method “Wooden barrels production”.
We are proud of our authentically-brewed, real soy sauce.
