The ingredients for this soy sauce are domestic whole soybeans, domestic wheat, salt, and groundwater—with no additives. It is carefully aged for a year and a half in wooden barrels, resulting in a natural flavor born from simple ingredients. This is the signature product of Sakae Shoyu Brewery.
