とかち野酵母は北海道十勝清水町のエゾヤマザクラのさくらんぼから採取したパン酵母です。酵母臭が少なく、素材の香りを引き立たせます。予備発酵が不要なインスタントドライイーストなので、直接ホームベーカリーに投入してご使用いただけます。

"Tokachino Koubo Instant Dry Yeast" is granular and does not require preliminary fermentation. You can mix it directly into the wheat flour, which makes it easier to make bread.
