It is a flavored oil made with Wakayama-grown budo sansho (Japanese pepper) and rice bran oil. It is ideal for creative cuisine.

Suggested uses include: drizzling over oysters, cooking scallops, making ajillo, dipping noodles (tsukemen), carpaccio, sushi, and steak sauce.
