Daiginjoshu was carefully polished to 40% and carefully brewed with carefully selected ' Yamada Nishiki ' produced in Hyogo Prefecture. The freshly squeezed sake is carefully selected and stored at low temperature.
When chilled, it has a refreshing taste, and when warmed, it has a delicious and sweet aroma. It goes well with sushi using fresh fish and white fish carpaccio.
