国稀本格鬼ころしの梅酒は、弊社商品の日本酒「北海　鬼ころし」に梅を漬け込んだ梅酒です。
一般的に、梅酒はホワイトリカーをベースにすることが多いですが、日本酒をベースにすることでまろやかさやコクを引き出しています。

梅の自然な酸味が感じられ、しっかりと甘味もあります。
飲み方は、ロックや炭酸水で割ることをお勧めします。

KUNIMARE PLUM WINE is made by soaking plums in one of our flagship brands, "Hokkai Onikoroshi."
While plum liqueurs typically use white liquor as a base, we have chosen Japanese sake as the base to bring out a smoother and richer flavor.
You can taste the natural acidity of the plums along with a pronounced sweetness.
We recommend enjoying it on the rocks or mixed with sparkling water as a serving suggestion.
