Product information

Sake brewing rice is polished up to 60% and slowly fermented at low temperature for a long time using "Sainokuni yeast" produced locally in Saitama Prefecture to bring out its aroma and flavor.
It has a deep flavor unique to junmai sake and a good sharpness that complements any dish.
It is characterized by its deep flavor, which is unique to junmai sake, and its moderate sharpness, which makes it suitable for both Japanese and Western cuisine, including fish dishes such as aqua pazza and dishes using dairy products such as cheese.
