We, “Sakae Soy Sauce” are a soy sauce brewery which was founded in 1795 during the Edo period. Our town was flourished as a castle town, and our soy sauce production has been handed down for more than 200 years through the generations.
Currently, 8th generation owner upholds traditional soy sauce production method “Wooden barrels production”.
We are proud of our authentically-brewed, real soy sauce.

栄醤油醸造は、江戸時代、寛政7年創業の醤油醸造元です。
かつて城下町として栄えたこの場所で、200年以上醤油造りを受け継いできました。昔ながらの木桶造りにこだわり、現在8代目。
「丸大豆・小麦・塩」の原料を活かした天然醸造による醤油造りを今なお続けています。
