One of our equipment, which was made in the early 1900s, came from South Germany and they are still perfectly in use today.
Most of our beers are brewed by Japanese artisans who studied and got officially certified as Braumeister in Germany with the use of vintage equipment like 100% copper brew kettle and malt mill, which were made over 100 years ago.
